The Shakes is a 50 minute mat Pilates burn that mixes contemporary and classical style movements, with emphasis on the mind body connection. Each movement puts careful focus on form in order to activate the body's inner-stability units and build core strength, while also lengthening and toning all areas of the body. Movements start off slow and gradually build up to advancements as class goes on. The class uses various props such as light weights, a stability ball and resistance bands to ensure your deeper muscles are engaged, giving you that Pilates ~shake~ as you move through class.
