After taking this live virtual class with chef Sydney Willcox , you'll be able to whip up a dish of tender, creamy ravioli pasta right in your own kitchen. First, Sydney will teach you to make a silky egg pasta dough that is versatile enough to be used with any kind of filling or sauce (you'll also have the option to make your dough vegan). Before you shape the ravioli, the dough will need to rest—and that's when you'll prepare the three-cheese-and-herb filling. Finally, you'll roll out your pasta, fill the ravioli, drop them into boiling water…and learn the exact moment to remove them from the pot and toss with an authentic Genovese pesto sauce (see "Comes with the class," below). By the end of class, you'll be ready (oh, so ready) to savor your creation, along with the satisfaction of knowing you can cook up this delectable dish any time you crave it. Class length: Two hours.
