The ruggedly handsome Model No. 026 is a double-jointed riff on that 20th century workaday staple—the humble desktop task lamp. At 18" tall, it is slightly larger than traditional models, ensuring even illumination over any work surface. It consists of a natural cast-concrete base and hand-dyed brown-leather-wrapped column topped by a cantilevered shade crafted from a sustainably sourced, barnacle-flecked green Abalone seashell with a blue-and-green-hued mother-of-pearl interior. Fully adjustable swivels at the top and bottom of the column allow for fine-tuning of the shade angle and overall silhouette. Unfinished brass hardware, a khaki cloth-covered cord, 1940s-style plug, and contrasting inline switch complete the refined profile of this hard-working, all-natural beauty.
