You don't need to pass the bar to appreciate the Abalone Lawyer's Lamp, which borrows its utilitarian form from the ubiquitous, green-shaded table lamps found in law firms and libraries the world over. It consists of a graduated base composed of two terra cotta-tinted cast-concrete discs, a hand-wrapped paper-cord column, and a cantilevered shade crafted from a rare, upcycled vintage Red Abalone seashell with a golden-hued, mother-of-pearl interior, sourced from a California collector.
