Cover and warm in preheated 325-degree F. oven for 35-45 minutes; remove cover during last 5-10 minutes, allowing bacon to crisp. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving. Each weighs approximately 4-5 ounces. Serves 8; one quail per serving.
