The pattern is influenced by military epaulet tapestries from 19th-century Germany, as well as folkloric references. The dense fabric brings graphic precision to the design's cascading curves. The color closely replicates the palette of Kestler's original scarf design with unexpected variations on classic primary and secondary shades.
