To spin such fine yarn you need high quality long staple cotton. This summer we decided to take our casual shirtings to a new level. We used extra fine yarn, often used on dress shirts, and wove a "featherweight" cloth. The Portofino is super light, breathable and super soft. It was inspired from the beautiful fine poplin shirts often making their rounds on the gentlemen of Portofino.
