When you get out of the tub, carefully dry your skin and apply the warm oil of the candle as you would normally apply your body oil or lotion. For two: Place the candle over a saucer on a flat surface and light the wick. 10 to 15 minutes are all you need to melt a sufficient quantity of massage oil and allow for optimal diffusion of the aromatic scents. Protect the sofa or bed with a bath towel. Hold the candle between your hands for a few seconds to warm your palms. Pour a small amount of oil onto the body or into the palm of your hand. Place lit candle back onto the saucer. Immediately smooth the warmed product over the area of the body to be massaged, blot excess oil with a damp washcloth. Blow out candle at end of treatment.
