[DESIGN] The "3 Fly Fleece Series" is produced using old-fashioned knitting machines in order to reproduce the unique texture found in vintage sweatshirts. The material used is thick No. 14 cotton thread, giving the series a heavier appearance than traditional Remi Relief sweatshirts, but a surprisingly light feel when worn. "3-skip fleece" is a technique in which the back yarn is knitted loosely by skipping several loops. This technique makes the fabric sturdy yet soft enough to stretch and move with the body. In addition, the skipped stitches in the knitting create a structure that traps air, giving the fabric thickness and a fluffy texture. At the same time, the weight of the fabric itself has been reduced, making it light enough to wear for long periods of time without causing fatigue. This is a specially crafted sweatshirt that combines classic design and functionality, giving it a vintage feel while also being comfortable to wear and matching modern lifestyles. [DESIGN] This new sweatshirt from Remi Relief is made on an old knitting machine using thick No. 14 cotton yarn to recreate the triple fleece pattern seen in vintage sweatshirts. This series has a heavier appearance than traditional Remi Relief sweatshirts, but is still lightweight. [PROCESSING] What is SP processing (special processing)? Sweatshirts from the 1930s to the late 1960s were primarily dyed with direct and sulfur dyes. The mechanism by which old clothes fade is thought to be an oxidative bond between oxygen in the air and the amino acids that hold the dye in place, causing hydrolysis, which turns them into carbon and decays. REMI RELIEF's SP processing reproduces this natural principle, using traditional direct dyes that are then combined with oxygen to fade the dye slowly over a long period of time. The body of the garment is damaged to a certain extent, but unlike processing that involves the addition of chemicals or forcibly dissolving the fabric with bio-based methods, this natural processing gives the garment an appearance that is closest to the damage that occurs naturally over time in vintage clothing, and the more you wear it the more indistinguishable it becomes from real vintage clothing. [MATERIAL] 100% COTTON The yarn used for the fleece is made from organic cotton "waste" grown at Alvarez Farm in New Mexico, USA. The yarn is characterized by its stiffness and tension, and is knitted at the very limit of the gauge to create a very dense and stiff fleece. The fabric is unbrushed, making it easy to use all year round. 【COUNTRY】 Made in Japan 【LOOK MODEL SIZE】 177cm 58kg wearing size M [SIZE] SIZE(cm) shoulder width Chest width Sleeve Length Length SMALL 61 61 52 65 MEDIUM 62 63 53 67 LARGE 63 65 54 69 X-LARGE 64 67 55 71 *Due to the nature of processed products, the actual size may differ by 1 to 2 cm from the stated size.
