[PROCESSING] What is SP processing (special processing)? Sweatshirts from the 1930s to the late 1960s mainly used direct dyes and sulfur dyes. The reason behind the discoloration of old clothes is thought to be a process in which oxygen in the air and amino acids that hold dyes form oxidative bonds, causing hydrolysis, turning into carbon and decaying. REMI RELIEF's SP processing reproduces this natural principle by using traditional direct dyes, combining them with oxygen, and slowly fading the dye over a long period of time. The body also takes some damage, but unlike processing that involves adding chemicals or forcibly melting the fabric using biotechnology, it has an atmosphere that is closest to the natural damage caused by old clothes, and the more you continue to wear it, the more you wear it.
