Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish made with salted and fermented vegetables. Our traditional, naturally fermented, kimchi is made with napa cabbage, Korean radish and gochugaru. We keep it vegan with our home-made "fish" sauce. It's naturally fermented and is bursting with flavour and goodness. Our ferments are made with raw ingredients and are lacto-fermented, a process that creates flavour and healthy bacteria that could be good for your gut.
