This playful one-shoulder dress boasts a flattering gathered ruche detail engineered across the body and adorned with signature Needle & Thread frill detailing. Designed with a blouson sleeve featuring a ruffle cuff and romantic frills. The slim silhouette includes a dropped waist seam with a flirty frill tier.
