Avoid pushing the cuff straight through the ridge near the middle of the ear's outer rim. 2. Instead, pull the thinnest part of the ear's outer rim near the top taut and gently clip on the cuff there. 3. Slide the cuff down towards near the middle of the ear's outer rim and rotate it towards the inner ear. 4. Ensure that the cuff is secured across the ridge. 5. To take off the cuff, gently pull the cuff off the ridge and slide it up towards the thinnest part of the ear's outer rim near the top. Then pull off the cuff.
