Designed by Poul Henningsen in 1958, the PH Artichoke Pendant Lamp, a design in MoMA's collection, helped redefine modern illumination with a revolutionary form that mimics the leafy layers of an artichoke. The design was originally conceived for the Langelinie Pavilonen, a modernist restaurant in Copenhagen, where it still hangs today. Manufactured in Denmark by Louis Poulsen, the PH Artichoke Pendant Lamp features 72 precisely positioned "leaves"—made from laser-cut brushed stainless steel—that form 12 unique rows of six leaves each. The leaves illuminate the fixture as well as emitting 100% glare-free diffused light that casts unique patterns in your space. Small - 1/200W/A-23/CL Medium bulb, not included 12'-long white cord. Installation required. All Artichoke Pendants are delivered on a pallet.
