Taped seams, low-profile pockets, and a detachable down-filled hood trim, insulated with 800-fill white goose down, add further utility. Given its advanced materials, it shouldn't surprise you that Drangajökull can handle the Arctic Circle's worst. Given its looks, it still might. The body of Drangajökull is cut from two-layer GORE-TEX faced with a burly, abrasion-resistant nylon. Articulations throughout make the parka refreshingly agile. Plentiful pockets provide room to spare. 800-fill white goose down throughout provides exceptional warmth for weight. Our down comes from a long-time German supplier, who has been certified in accordance with the Responsible Down Standard (RDS) Downpass, and the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®.
