GANGES is the electronic dream-pop music project created by Teresa Gutiérrez. With a background in classical music, her career has explored the most intimate aspects of electronic pop, incorporating lo-fi nuances, bedroom pop and hyperpop in a universe filled with references to Japanese culture. Following the success of her debut "Dime Algo (Bonito)" (2020) and a series of singles and collaborations with artists such as Natalia Lacunza, Vangoura, and Yarea, she has come out with a full-length album in 2024. Ganges's new album SORA , produced by Pau Corea, Bearoid, and herself, seeks to find a more personal and unique sound. Delving into breakbeat, electronica, layers of immersive ASMR textures, and melancholic soft techno, she creates a curious combination over which she draws hyper-melodic vocal lines and structures with magnetic choruses, which are so familiar to us within the project.
