Upon receiving your payment for the Picking Service, we will present you with five options based on the design you requested. These options will be sent to you via email as pictures within 1-2 business days for in-stock items and within 3 business days for made-to-order. You'll have the freedom to let us know your desired choice within 2 business days. Once you've confirmed your selection, your order will be prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days for in-stock items and 15 to 20 business days for made-to-order. This way, you'll receive your order with your desired moss agate pattern swiftly after confirming. Cancellation Policy: Please note that made-to-order items cannot be canceled. For in-stock moss agate orders, if you choose to cancel after we have sent you the image options, we can proceed with the cancellation, but refunds will be issued for the product cost only, and not the Moss Agate Picking Service fee.
