The "Big Chill" Necklace is slightly larger than our original chill pill, and lays horizontally. The pill functions as the clasp, with a "screw closure". Available in 18K gold vermeil chill pill on gold filled rope chain in yellow or red enamel. Chill pill measures 0.75 inches and functions as a "screw closure" clasp. Available in 17 or 18 inch length. Note: The chain extenders that we offer on our website, do not work to extend the length of this necklace.
