Round brilliant cut sapphire measures approximately 4mm in diameter. Sterling silver spiral pendant encasing the sapphire measures approximately 13mm in diameter. Chain is sterling silver and is 16 inches (40.64 cm) long. The necklace is made of solid sterling silver that compliments the blue hues of the sapphire.
