Florals are given a gothic reinvention in the Inez story, bringing an enigmatic moodiness, a fresh take on the typically feminine heritage aesthetic — realised through intricate stitch embroidery. A contrary attitude perfectly illustrated by one of the collection's muses: fellow West Country dreamer, the author Daphne du Maurier.
