Our new double width 100% merino wool scarf is made in the famous Abraham Moon and Sons Mill in Leeds, a proudly British Mill renowned for producing fine woollen cloth. With over 185 years of history the Mill is one of the few remaining vertical Mills in Britain, managing all the processes from dyeing the raw wool to blending, carding, weaving and finishing. Merino wool is light, soft and warm. Our stone check is a blend of stone, cream and dark grey. With the double width, measuring 170cm x 50cm, the scarf can be doubled over for extra warmth or, for the chivalrous amongst us, used to wrap up smaller cold people !
