The design is embellished with a metallic ribbon band and a removable chain, as well as a mini galvanized metal logo. The brim is wide, measuring approximately 10 cm. Each Borsalino felt hat takes seven weeks to be handcrafted by our skilled artisans at the Maison in Alessandria, whose passion and craftsmanship are evident in every single piece. The Borsalino manual production process involves over 50 steps and is passed down from generation to generation.
