Let's talk about mods: a British scene that originated in London's Carnaby Street between boutiques and reached its peak in the 70s. Young individualists (modernists), mainly from the working class, created their own style to set themselves apart. Music, clubs, scooters and special clothing shaped their image. Mods fashion was a reaction to the previous generation and expressed a striving for style, sophistication and individuality. Our Polo Vintage Shirt is designed to embody this Mods style while maintaining a vintage-inspired look. The fashion was heavily inspired by Italian designers and the "La Dolce Vita" aesthetic. Our Mods Polo combines many of the ideas of the modernists: a polo-style jersey fabric, silky soft and lightly cut, rounded off by symmetrical lines on both sleeve ends.
