The Cotton Party Top is cut in our very soft and breathable BCI certified cotton. The top has a slightly cropped fit, deep V-neck, and has two tie band attached in the front at the waistline. The silhouette can be adjusted depending on the way you are tightening the bow in the front. It has short, puffed sleeves with elastic smocking cuffs and the neckline is decorated with a ruffle.
