Club ties are marked by a solid or striped background with an emblem of some kind woven on top. (Think crests, shields, flags, cricket bats, that kind of thing.) They used to signal membership in, you guessed it, a club or community. Nowadays, club ties are mostly symbolic — and speaking of, griffins traditionally symbolize courage and strength, which makes this a great tie for your power meetings. Or just days when you need a little extra boost.
