The inspiration for Model No. 1 comes from a traditional work garment, worn by fisherman and dockworkers as a coat. Due to its voluminous and oversized design, this coat could be easily worn over any other clothing. These garments were not sized; instead, they were individually numbered and marked with the name of the boat inside, to identify their owners. This practical function is what inspired us, and has become a stylish element within this our in our iconic garment. In each of our pieces, the model's name is hand-painted inside the collar.
