Retreat from the world. Come home to yourself. We all know the discomfort of feeling disconnected from your body, your purpose, or the practices that make you feel like your best self. That's why Certified Life Coach and Pilates Instructor Linda de la Fonteijne created The Retreat Ritual, to bridge the gap between inner knowing and embodiment, helping you tap into your intuition and live in harmony with your truest self. This 50 minute class is an experience for both your mind and your body, moving between meditation, guided journaling, and pilates-inspired movement focused on the mind-body connection. No previous experience with any of the modalities is needed. Whether you're seeking clarity, grounding, or a space to just be, we welcome you into a supportive environment where you can show up as you are and leave feeling more present, recharged and connected to yourself. Yoga mats and cushions will be provided. Please bring a journal & writing utensil and wear socks and clothes you can move in. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to get settled so we can begin promptly. Late entry will not be permitted to protect the experience of all participants.
