The Lunar New Year Silk Scarf is a vibrant lucky-colored silk scarf with a special hand-drawn print made by Alber exclusively for the lunar new year celebration. It references the very beginnings of Lunar New Year, relating to the ancient story of the sea monster Nian. Legend says that on the eve of every new year, he would descend upon land to try and devour the nearby villages. The only way to conquer him was with three things: the color red, dazzling light, and roaring sound.
