Flight jacket based upon a vintage M42 U.S.A.F design, is reworked with panels of pearl weave cotton, a cloth more commonly in the production of Jiu-Jitsu Gis for training and competitions. On the reverse is featured a intricate crow and heron hand-machine tour embroidery. The jacket is compelted with vintage sewn-on patch, Maharishi chest embroidery and internal carry straps. The white heron and the black crow represent the pairing of opposites, also known as Yin & Yang. They are classic symbols in Japanese folklore that represent innocence and good luck (the heron), death and bad omens (the crow).
