The Bower Pleated Skirt sits at the true waist, it features a flat front waistband for a polished look, an elastic back for comfort, a side zipper for easy on and off, and side seam pockets. Deep pleats create a full, flowing shape. Made from our favorite washed cotton poplin. Available in two colors: Elm and English Ivy.
