This traditional method of pit tanning leather has almost died out but it produces a leather of unsurpassed strength and beauty. The leather is full grain and aniline dyed so its character shines through and develops a wonderful patina with use. It smells amazing too! Solid brass buckles cast in England. Hand stitched with Lin Câblé thread, the finest linen thread available and used by many luxury goods houses. Combined they make a belt that is not only beautiful but will also last a lifetime. All belts come with a running loop/keeper that holds the end of the belt in place.
