Vamp is a 1000 sqft retail space on High Street in the Short North to host events for up to 30 guests. The store is open for event booking from 7:30pm–9:30pm daily. Don't see your date available? After booking, you will be emailed a comprehensive event questionnaire to ensure we capture all the essential details to tailor our services for an experience that aligns with your vision. Additionally as a part of the questionnaire, we request that you review and sign our event waiver and guidelines. WHAT'S INCLUDED 3 hours of total access to the space from 7:00pm–10:00pm on your reserved date (30 minutes of setup + 2 hours of event time + 30 minutes of take down) 1 hour free validated parking for all guests in the 2nd & High garage Two dedicated Store Associates Two fitting rooms & a restroom with hooks and body mirror 1 standard size bar cart, 1 table @ 40" x 20", 1 table @ 72" x 30" (optional) Black or White Linens (optional) Trash cans and trash removal Speaker system with customizable Spotify playlist connection Optional coat check at event start and Vamp shopping bag check at event end Comprehensive event questionnaire to help in preparation for the event WHAT TO BRING Supply your own drinks & snacks (alcoholic or non alcoholic) Coolers, cups, napkins, utensils etc. Event decor EVENT GUIDELINES SETUP & TAKEDOWN Host is responsible for event setup & take down Host to arrive promptly at 7PM for setup and advise guests to arrive no earlier than 7:30PM for event start No outside service vendors excluding bartenders Relocation of merchandise or store fixtures is not permitted No event setup on register counters Decor Regulations: no open flame, nothing hung with staples, nails, or hung from ceiling Host is responsible to clean up and leave the space as it was upon arrival Host and guests have 48 hours to collect anything left behind SAFETY Store will be closed to the public with doors locked during private events Vamp is a smoke and vape free facility and has a zero-tolerance policy for underage drinking Host accepts all liability for event space incidentals and guest safety FEES & ADJUSTMENTS The cost of booking an event goes towards the services provided and does not go towards purchases from the event. Host can reschedule up to 2 weeks prior to the event to another available date on Vamp's calendar. No refunds will be given for cancelations or no shows.
