Roman Chamomile has an herbaceous, sweet, fruity, scent with a wide variety of applications. Somewhat reminiscent of apples, is considered to be a middle note in the 'floral family' of scents. It pairs well with other floral and citrus essential oils. Roman chamomile, different from German chamomile, is native to Western Europe and Africa.
