Gentle drying to maximise the softest handle of your cashmere Revitalising steam and reshape to return your garment to it's original shape. De-pill to remove any. Once received, please allow 5 to 10 business days for your cashmere to be fully restored. We will keep you updated via email on its progress. The cost of your return postage will be included at checkout. Customers are responsible to cover postage of sending your items to us.
