This shirt is made of a vintage quilt top, circa 1930s-1940s, the patchwork top layer made before being sewn into a quilt. Many of the patches are made from feedsack prints, cotton fabrics named for the small, repeating patterns common on fabric sacks of grain and other bulk foods. Hand-mending throughout.
