Step 1 - Purchase the pack of the ring you'd like to see in person Step 2 - Receive the pack and make your decision Step 3 - Return the pack and its components in their original condition and get £175.00 credit to use towards the purchase of a diamond ring or a refund minus a £50.00 handling fee should you decide not to proceed. Enclosed in each pack is a silver and cubic zirconia version of the diamond ring so you can see what it looks like, plus two types of ring measure to help you nail sizing before you buy. Important info The silver sample ring The ring enclosed in this pack is made from Sterling Silver and cubic zirconia, not precious materials. It is not for sale, it is for illustrative purposes only and must not be worn. Due to limited availability of samples we may send you a sample of the ring you have chosen in a different plating colour. The silver sample ring enclosed in this pack will look slightly different to the finished piece as it is set with cubic zirconia, not diamond. Returning the pack The pack must be returned to us via the Royal Mail pre-paid postage label enclosed no more than 17 days from date of receipt. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when sending this pack back to us and ensure the silver ring sample and ring sizers are all returned in their original condition in a sturdy box as we cannot reimburse for packs that have been lost or damaged during transit. Further purchasing info *£175.00 credits are valid for 12 months from date of issue and may only be redeemed at vbylauravann.com against the purchase of one of our diamond rings. Credits may not be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against our non-diamond collection. Each diamond ring will be ready approximately 3-4 weeks from date of order. As all rings are made to order they are therefore none refundable. It is your responsibility to ensure that the ring size you choose is correct. Please note we work to 'leading edge' UK wheatsheaf measurement. Ring sizes can be altered after production by a maximum of 2 sizes at a cost of £35 plus postage. We detail all diamond grades on the website and each ring comes with a GIA certificate.
