In the early years, our employees were known for going sockless, so we recognize that there are some jokes to be made about SM-branded socks. These, though, are fantastic . Each pair is expertly made in Portugal with 200-needle construction and preshrunk to maintain shape even after repeated washes. These in particular are made from one-hundred-percent silk as a step up from our merino offerings. Excellent for more formal occasions. The yarn comes from a super-renowned Italian spinning mill that's over 100 years old, and it's double-plied for maximal strength and minimal torquing. Like we said… fantastic.
