This long-sleeved dress has a gradation pattern that expresses the flow and transition of time in a day. The "afternoon" color scheme is inspired by the gradation of the sky from the golden hour when the sun sets and the sky turns red to before the sun sinks below the horizon. The "before midnight" color scheme is inspired by the gradation of colors from the time when the air is cold before dark to the time when white mist begins to roll in and disappear into the deep night. Each garment is hand-dyed by artisans who have the skills to intricately adjust the colors.
