A family of beautiful ceramic dishes entirely made by hand in Kutahya, one of the oldest known Anatolian towns that, for centuries, lay along the ancient trade routes connecting the Aegean Sea to the plains of Mesopotamia. A patchwork of cultures, religions and rituals, Kutahya is also where Nackiyé's family roots lie within. Despite their delicate appearance, these dishes are known for their durability due to a double firing method under temperatures going up to 1200°C. The unique techniques employed in their making have been perfected and well-guarded by generations of master potters. Our ceramic dishes are hand-made, hand-painted in one of Kutahya's oldest leading ateliers. They are finished with a 24K gold rim. Kindly note that all pieces are unique and therefore may show slight variations in size, shape and color.
