An elegant sustainable fabric, Kate is available in natural toned hemp/silk and is lined with an invisible back zipper and hook closure at the waist. Lined with an Englsh net ruffle inside for fullness at the hem bottom. Can be worn bustled or unbustled. Kate is made to order. Measurements are required for a custom fit.
