"I have always loved ribbons and embroidered ribbons in particular because of the delicate workmanship," says Emily. "I am sure my fondness for them derives from my love of the decorative arts -- ribbons played such an important role in clothing and interiors 200 years ago, and they were rarely the headliner, rather they were a part of the larger picture." There is no denying that in these large-scaled earrings the antique ribbons lining the settings are the focal point. These limited edition ribbons come from Emily's personal collection.
