DESCRIPTION Black REMADE shirt made with a 100% cotton base and vintage fabric insert on the back. The decades-old, upcycled fabric is sourced from the countryside of Hungary. The black-on-black jacquard pattern alternates matte and shiny silk threads. The shirt is tailored with the original hem facing made from matte black ribbon, utilising an old dressmaking technique used to enhance the longevity of garments. The neckline is finished with a "wolf's tooth" collar, a type of hemming used on traditional garments. The one-of-a-kind horn buttons are made by a small, family-owned Italian manufactory using ethically sourced horn collected at the end of the animals' natural life cycle. Each piece is one-of-a-kind. Due to the unique nature of the vintage fabrics, the inserts vary in colour or pattern.
