Rinse skin completely of all residue and dry thoroughly before application. Do not use powders, moisturizers, deodorants, oils or fragrances anywhere near the breast area prior to applying. 2. Remove paper backing from bottom half of the Adhesive Bra and apply to the underside of your breast. 3. Scooping upwards, remove the top half of the backing and use the Adhesive Bra to lift the breast, while smoothing the Adhesive Bra to your skin. Easy on - Easy off: Do NOT rip away from skin.
